The teaser car is R30, R30 is also where they are mounting parts.

There is only R31 when they are firing up the engine.

You're right. It should be called McDonald's wing and they should seek sponsor deal with McDonald's. Actually Sauber had one with Burger King ;)

But going back on topic.., I'm not too sure about it, but I think that side channels on the airbox are bit bigger than the ones used to feed F-Duct. On the other hand it might appear that way, because of the light going through them, as it was seen on the screen caps from the teaser.

Btw. We can see here old W-Wing and low-downforce (probably Canadian) front wing.
