They were never found in breach though, so it must be assumed other teams were sour graping.
It was explained that the accounts for Fota are actually due at the end of February for the 2010 fiscal year. So nobody can know the actual figures. The assumption is that someone added up RBR and RBT's budget which can be looked up at company house. Unfortunately RBT is a 100% subsidiary of RBR and their budget is included in RBR's. That way you actually get almost twice of what Red Bull spend in 2010.
Formula One's fundamental ethos is about success coming to those with the most ingenious engineering and best .............................. organization, not to those with the biggest budget. (Dave Richards)

And so? Unlike Toyota F2008 was actually a good car that earned them CC.

Those bridge wings actually appeared at F248 in 2006.
And F2008 was mentioned for its hole in the nose.

The point is they didn't develop a top car & run the season for three cents and a ball of lent the way WB implied they did.I'm sure they spent as much as Macca or Merce or Ferra. This thread is ridiculous. Ferrari weren't the 2nd quickest car of '10 just because they slapped on a Macca F-duct or RBR EBD. They were quick because they are an extremely good F1 team. They just as much cleverness and creativity as anyone in F1 save NEWEY THE GODKING.

Pierce89, love the "three cents and a ball of lint."

However, I must respectfully ask you to STOP MAKING SENSE in a thread obviously meant to irrationally attack Ferrari. After all, they had a disastrous year last season, finishing SECOND in the WDC. What a pathetic result.

Yet another Ferrari bashing thread! #-o

Who cares about who innovates what? It makes a huge amount of sense to let the other teams come up with the innovations and you can see how well the said innovation works on the other teams cars. Use the other teams as a test of the innovations worth.

If Ferrari is now followers rather than leaders, who will they be following on the Bahrain starting line?

Technology... is a queer thing. It brings you great gifts with one hand, and it stabs you in the back with the other.

Well I think he was talking about 'the kiss' the way those cascade merged into the nose. It was first feuatured on the 2007 toyota. Then Toyota discarded it mid season i thought and it returned on the 2008 Ferrari.

you can call them uninspired maybe ,but the car has a nice simplistic basic touch to it.
The opposite is the busy style of McLaren and Renault..and both of them were beaten by them.Innovation has to be based on a thorrow analysis of concept with ALL boxes ticked off and not judged with temporary loss of eyesight or realism..you just don´t wan´t to bite off chunks you cannot chew let alone swallow....

Yeah, I get it, but the biggest innovation F2008 sported (and for which it was mentioned in this thread) was a hole in the nose.
Anyway, as was mentioned here, innovation for the sake of innovation is useless.
