You've not seen all the possibilities yet. What about snow races? :)

I like simple ideas like this to help make the "show" better. This would bring in more fans I think.

Let's have sprinklers instead. They're cheaper than a weather machine too. Then we could localize things and make it rain for half the track and bone dry for the other half.

This rain thing is the stupidest idea I have ever heard.

It's just more dangerous for the drivers. More crashes is what Bernie wants, because like it or not, some people watch F1 looking for that. And certainly used to back in the 70's.

Bernie wants Ben Hur 2012. So yeah, why not put blades on the wheels too, and guns on the nosecones? That would help the show too, no? And instead of water, spray oil on the piste.

And yes, on a sidenote, I completely agree with Scuderiafan. The ARW is a stupid idea, as it gives the overtaker an unfair advantage over the guy in front. Every driver should fight with the same set of rules.

What happened to people trying to build fast cars to get past opponents, if we have all these little tricks then we will have slow cars getting an advantage due to a lottery instead of developing their cars to try and overtake, this idea will take the skill out of formula 1
