Can a driver operate without manager?

I was thinking more along the lines of Willi Weber actually. But I wonder if that's a good thing. I'm liking Sebastian as an approachable character as we know him. Might getting a manager and managerial advice make him a more aloof character? I remember how Michael was when he was still tied to Weber. I understand he's still tied to Weber's firm, but through a different character now
