Ferrari FP2 Turkey engine note

All that has to do with the power train, gearbox, clutch, fuels and lubricants, etc. Generally the mechanical side of Formula One.

Wow! All this over a engine note on a lap where he spun and broke down on pit entry, that has been glossed over. Technical fault IMO or the new map was so rubbish it broke the car!!

Just to verify or debunk, did you hear a different engine note in Singapore 2010 before his car broke down?

I've deleted all the posts discussing who was discussing what. Warnings have been given, let's all move on.

judging by the pics in the f150th thread.....could have been a venturi tunnel between the exhaust manifold and pipe. would explain the loss of DF on lift off maybe. but would most defintly explain the low deep sound with quite a cracking or ecko kind of sound.

I wasn't going to say anything, but since you went the trouble of PMing me and even editing your post to add the good old 'End of conversation' argument, i guess it's minimal courtesy to point out that your link gives me:

This video contains content from Formula One Management, who has blocked it on copyright grounds.
Sorry about that.

Which you already did some 3 days ago. Funny though that you revisited a dead thread just to see if maybe you could see it this time?

Link works totally fine for me, this link is private so i have no idea how FOM could ban something that isn´t public.
Is this the part where you tell me that i´ve uploaded a video of a cartoon movie instead or claim it´s a Mclaren?

Like i said, end of discussion.

What did i do 3 days ago? you were the one PMing me with a certain obsession the past 2 days. I was hoping you had edited your post to fix the link, not simply to add something silly like 'end of discussion'. BTW, i hope you realize that saying 'end of discussion' twice is even sillier than just once, all the more so if used in a discussion as stupid as the one we've been having here.
Anyways, technologies used to find youtube videos are varied, one uses video stream patterns, so i guess it's possible for them to still find them, not sure though. Just because you don't know how something is done doesn't mean it can't be done ;)
And, I hadn't thought about you uploading a cartoon clip, but since you mention it...... lol
