Not looking good for Perez. The on board shot at the end of the impact looked like he wasn't moving his head. I'd be amazed if he was conscious immediately afterwards.

Fingers crossed for him... [-o<

Rosberg could be in a heep of trouble boy. Fred is drivijng out of his mind.Sorry richard  Pirated the whole freakin' thimg out here around S. Cal dig it baby
Well, the team did a great job fixing the car. The Nico beat his teammate on tires that are supposed to be 1 second slower per lap, on his first flying lap in the fixed car.

I think the number 1 at Mercedes is fuzzy at this point.

Edit: Brundle's jab about the size of DC's wallet was cute.
Rosberg went out on the Super Softs straight away

the pics suggest that he has had a huge side impact... but i think he is injured because of some flying parts...

Praying for him...

To be fair, neither did the commentators, they were bragging Rosberg's time up compared to Schumacher but missed the fact he had the red band on his tyres.

Nice to hear that Perez is ok, just hope Hamilton get's to let rip on a lap !!!

Yeah, well he's conscious & talking.....other than that I have no idea if he's suffered any injuries.

I guess he might be allowed to... still awaiting the official word on his condition.... any updates on that?

The backup and reserve driver has to qualify to be able to race right?

I would guess that he has a concussion at best, but we'll need to wait and see.
