The Grenzlandring was built by the Nazis, supposedly in secret, as a test track.

As folklore has it, the circuit was "discovered" after WWII.

From 1948-1952 motorcycle and car races were held until it was shut down because of severe safety issues.

Define near? This track is circa 5600 miles to the west of Yeongnam.

Assuming the aproximation you would seem to be leading to sazuka... but that looks nothing like it.

I did just Google the distance so it may have been wrong, but it is definately not in Japan.
