This summarize the new forum we live in.

Allow me, n, to make two quotes (while I go down on my knees and swear I'm not trying to offend anyone, much less Hangaku):

[Edwards laughs]

James Edwards: Boy, Captain America over here! "Best of the best of the best, sir!" "With honors." Yeah, he's just really excited and he has no clue why we're here.

I love that movie! ;-)

Not true.

A driver doesn't turn a back marker into championship car.

A double diffuser does, mass dampers do, Newey does.

So i don't think on anyone will pursue this arguement.

Track record, in 1 year with a technical loophole? come on man

As for Lewis he doesn't need that record as it doesn't exist with any other driver.

He doesn't drive for "team player" capability. He drives to win championships, that's it. That's what Alonso did, that's what Button did as well when he left Brawn.
So reevaluate what you are putting forward here, and come up with another percieved weakness that would prevent him from kicking Vettel's hiney if he was to go to redbull.

Ask Horner why he doesn't want a star driver as Vettel's teammate.

Exploiting technical loophole and "cheating" has always been part of the game in F1. The only problem is that Mclaren hasnt be able to do it better than others. Have we forgotten about Mclaren spygate and lie-gate etc?

I think it is kind of pointless to discredit the success and worthiness of other champions just because Lewis doesnt have the fastest car.

Any F1 drivers driving for top teams like Mclaren or Ferrari will have the common goal of winning and to become world champion. And this is not something only Lewis is entitled to.

The reason why Horner doesnt believe in having Lewis in RBR is the same reason why we don't have 10 strikers in the football team to score goals.

Just bring it Vettel. No excuses. If you are the best then you shouldn't lose to any one that comes in your way. Di Resta or otherwise.

The match up wont happen any time soon anyway. Vettel will lose the title this year.
Well it certainly won't be LH.....   ...he's lost his mojo and he ain't getting it back.....

If only I knew you could predict the future, I would have asked for guidance for last nights Euromillions lottery!

Please Ringo, Vettel is so far ahead. Although he might lose under what basis are you assuming so? What can yo use see happening, based on current events that will adversely effect the championship for him in such a way that he will lose the shed load of points he has.

You make good arguments on this forum but I cant help but feel your passion for Lewis has slightly clouded your judgement in this case.

For instance, Alonso blown away? Jenson digested and chucked back out? For a guy who's apparently been eaten alive he seems pretty confident and in pretty good shape!!

Ringo, a foolish comment, Vettel could not attend the next 3 GP and still be leading and no doubt Alonso is the man to challenge him then Button, Hamilton doesnt have the mental aptitude to fight through the difficult times.

Red Bull should forget about Hamilton, and get Mitch Evans!!!

M.Weber said that what Hamilton went to Red Bull garage at Canadian GP is JORK!
I dont want him to go Red Bull.
I think that Combination of Hamilton and McLaren is very good
and he will get Driver's title with McLaren near future.

Thanks Ciro for pointing out that Button has significantly more points than Hamilton this season. Some people seem to forget that to beat your team mate you need to get more points than him. Championships are about strategy and finishing with the most points, not simply being the most dramatic driver.

So far Hamilton has drawn with Alonso (pedants would say he lost, but 1 point is within tolerance, and he was only a kid after all ;) )

He beat Kovalainen - hardly a claim for greatness

Honours even with Button so far, lets see what the tables show at the end of the season.

More from Horner....

It's been rubbished by Horner. Locked for other reasons.
