Defiantly the practical joker Gerhard Berger involved and a little bit of googling,

1. Jean Alesi and Gerhard Berger
2. Jean Todt
3. Lancia
4. Jean Alesi lost control of the car after Gerhard Berger unexpectedly applied the handbrake. Alesi flipped the car and ended up in hospital
5. Berger admitted to Todt who wanted to know what happened to his car that they had put "slight curb marks on the roof".

Benetton B193C. The system was tested at Estoril after the 1993 Portuguese GP and Schumacher ran it in the following Japanese and Australian GPs. Patrese didn't like how it felt and so raced with it switched off. Driver aids like this were banned for 1994.

Beg to differ, if I may. The Tyrrell P34 had 4wheel steering too.

Your are right, I should have worded the question better by saying " rear steering wheels"

Let's kick-start this thread with an easy one.

The Tyrrell 005 quickly went through a major redesign at its front, what was that?

No, much more substantial than some glass-fibre. Besides, the top image shows a 006.

Gentlemen, I'm afraid I messed up, I had information that the inboard front brakes were rebuilt to outboard, but now I'm confused.

Better safe than sorry, I give the baton to ced381 for the nose-job!
