Dois caminhes da Renault-Lotus chegaram nesta segunda ao circuito de Portimo, em Portugal. Será atividade promocional? Ou teste de Kubica?

Two trucks of Renault-Lotus arrived this second circuit of Portimo, Portugal. Does promotional activity? Or test Kubica?
Any clues?

I haven't heard of anything, but perhaps they are going to try a straight line test. I believe there are probably better venues for that, but Circuit de Algarve has a reasonably long straight nonetheless.

Or, they're going to try something experimental that they're not willing to show to the cameras at Abu Dhabi right now...

Right, I have contacted the team, it's apparently Lotus cars which is testing the T125 with Romain Grosjean.

Is that not the "road car" F1 car which you could hire for something like a million pounds a shot?

It's not a road car, and you don't fire it for a million- you buy it for like 500k :P
They say it's fast enough to qualify for F1, though I suspect that's because it has huge ground effect tunnels undeneath...
