SO no RRH means as per unconfirmed reports Mercedes lost 0.5s. Ferrari & Lotus are the other big loosers. So who gains from this??? Obviously Red Bull & Mclaren.

I think we will see status quo being maintained. Same order as last year & Vettel as triple world champion. At this moment I think that is what FIA desires.

I see that my scepticism of the report by Windsor/Gillam is unfounded. Autosport are now confirming that the RRH has been banned. How this ties up with reducing costs, i don't know, as a lot of money will have been spent by various teams, to try and copy the Lotus system.
Still, it is good that a reasonably early decision has been taken.

That has to do with MAMG, because they have another system for ride height control that they can "reactivate" (and maybe no other has): FW-duct.

The word 'early' was meant to be between 'reasonably' and 'decision'. Post now corrected. But as you will see, i did bring up the issue of the cost to teams. But the system was not declared legal 12 months ago. It was declared legal 12 DAYS ago, after being tested at Abu Dhabi at young drivers day.

Yes, I think FIA's decision is motivated by its desire to stop the technology before it gets out of hand. I don't like the decision as it was declared legal less than a fortnight ago and it stifles innovation in F1.
