dont like it

its too....gentle. I liked the chain and even itv's lift me up. They had a sort of build up to it that this just doesn't. Which is prob why bbc used it at the end of a season.

£1 a day is too much for F1 in HD and 5.1 surround sound. 14 hours of live action at each race, almost double what the BBC had, 9 different camera angles via the red button. not to mention all the programmes sky will show during the week aswell as old races from previous years.

ALSO for you £1 a day, your get in HD - BBC, ITV1, ITV2, ITV3, ITV4, CH4, SKY1, CH5, Sky Living, Sky Atlantic, FX, SyFy, E4, Dave....... (and more)

Plus many more Standard def channels.

ALL FOR £1 A DAY !! Id say thats bloody good value!
Only have a stereo TV (no 5.1 sourround system here), no way I'd be allowed to watch F1 for 14 hours each race weekend. SWMBO would never allow it! 9 camera angles does sound good, admittedly.

I already pay for BBC, ITV, CH4 etc. and whilst HD would be nice, it's only a "nice to have" really.

So, at £18 per race (because all the rest of it isn't that relevant really) I still think it's pricey.

To Princey
Catergham time lapse ?? Iv only seen the Williams one, and i have prob watched 5 hours worth of that channel. How have i missed this ??

To Just a Fan
As for HD being "nice to have" If you had HD for this season, i swear you would never go back, and would then say its value for money, but its your money and its your decision. I hope the BBC do a good job this year for you guys out there without Sky.

Yeah there is a Caterham one too.. I saw it yesterday ( I think my 1 hours worth was slightly under exaggerated to not sound like I have to much free time ) it's from a different angle to the Williams one but pretty much the same.. they seem to attach things quicker but it may have been a more comprehensive video of the Williams and that one does go on for ages.. your just gonna have to up your hours! :)

What I find great is 1 place to be able to see GP2, GP3 and F1 all together.

Sky is worth it. However they will have to go some to beat the BBC over the past 3 years.

Anyways, BBC used the Sky F1 theme tune for the 2010 end season montage:

Doesn't hold a candle to what Fuji TV used in 2007 for the Spanish GP intro
