This is my very first post in this site,although I have been following you for quite a long time. I would like to know whether the FIA has any right over a driver contract or not. Is the team order within a team recorded in the contract?
I think the FIA only comes into the picture for approval of Super Licenses for the F1 drivers. A driver's contract is solely dependent on the team and that driver.
And team orders are not explicitly mentioned in the contract I suppose. These are just my thoughts. There are many experts here who can give you more insight.
