It's like when teams present their new car: blabla worked on performance blabla improved a few things blabla we're confident etc..., essentially saying nothing.
Think ever since Renault came to formula one in the late 70's, it has been the most innovative engine manufacturer. Unfortunately the spirit of the rules are against this nowdays.
