I've always found this circuit and Singapore funny. Generally in equal cars I think you'd find Vettel, Alonso and Hamilton as the 3 quickest around here. Vettel hasn't won here, of course - but I put that down to mistakes and gaffes rather than lack of pace.

A rather bold statement.
It´s as good as anyone´s guess :)

But yes i think he will no matter the conditions. Last year i remember him pulling the same old trick on Vettel and Button in T2.

Could that not be said for all courses, though? As, generally speaking, it has been mentioned by many people/"experts" that those 3 are the top 3 drivers in the series.

Possibly. I would generally agree with that sentiment.

However, I think there are some circuits where a certain driver's driving style would naturally "click" with the circuit. Button's natural style, for example, seems to click to the Melbourne circuit, and Hamilton's in Canada, Rosberg's in China, etc

FIA set to force Red Bull to change engine mapping

How much will this affect Red Bull in Hungary?

Almost nothing, as they raced without in all previous races! It only makes things easier in wet, as it improves engine drivability...

I hope in this race Webber (barring another mechanical penalty) flies under the radar to win, as few - if any - are giving him any credit for his consistency this season.

my prediction:

Quali:
Hamilton,
Raikkonen,
Alonso,
Vettel,
Button,
Grosjean,
Webber,
Schumacher,
Rosberg,
Massa
Perez

Race:
Hamilton,
Raikkonen,
Button,
Alonso,
Gosjean,
Vettel,
Webber,
Massa,
Perez,
Schumacher,
Rosberg

Reasons: McLaren are quick in the dry, Lotus are quick when its hot, Alonsos quick everywhere, Vettel is quick normally, Mercedes normally faster in Quali than race, Perez is fast... :D

I can just imagine that!

P1: "So, [insert name], as the winning pussy of the bunch, how do you feel?"
P2: "How do you feel, having been the second quickest of the pussies?"
P3: "You were a real pussy today, weren't you [name]?"

I'm going to stick my neck out and say: a Merc will be on pole. And then move swiftly backwards...

Yes. It's a natural reaction as all three on the podium would cause the podium to implode with energy overload
