I would know how I can disable email notifications in my subscriptions topics

At the moment that isn't possible.

I also think there is no other reason to subscribe on topics but to get mail notifications. The forum doesn't do anything else with your subscriptions, so not having mail notifications would make the subscription useless I think.

In other forum I can visualize all my interesting topics in only one page.
I think this is easy to check if there is new post in some topic without filling my inbox
