I'm sorry this is just wrong. Button has ZERO experience of how Mercedes GP does things, not a single one.
Button left Brawn/Honda, who did nothing much during his previous 5 seasons there, to McLaren, a perennial winning team.
Button did not leave some sort of powerhouse team to join a small fractious squad, he did the opposite Marcush, and you should appreciate 95% of drivers would have done the same thing given the opportunity.

Schumacher was convinced by:Daimler buying the whole lot - his whole career was supported and started with the help of Them.
He was approached by Brawn-a guy he has to trust as he was a key memeber of all his success in Formula 1 -at least he thought he was.
And he joined a team that just had bagged two championships .
He had no real internal knowledge of formula 1 at that time -having been out for some years
You are playing with a loaded dice again Marcush. I did not conveniently forget anything....I responded to this quote, which you in turn responded too.

This is plain and simple BS. Schumacher's career was helped along nicely by Mercedes who even paid to have put into a Jordan 20 odd years ago. The start of great things for Schumi. I wonder, how would it have panned out had Schumacher not the luxury of Mercedes backing? The spotlight would not be so well lit I would imagine, and the road into F1 alot more rocky....perhaps you could strike a couple of titles off his wonderful career without this luxury? Maybe, who knows.
Mercedes on the other hand started out blind. Brawn sold them a lemon, but it is of little difference now.
I see Mercedes fans keep posting about how the factory has been changed since 2010. And they do have a point, Merc buy lemon, Stuttgart get peeved, Stuttgart send money, Factory upgraded, Staff get hired etc. etc.
Now why should Mercedes be blamed for Schumacher's a) return b) his perfomances over 3 years and c) his departure?
It smacks of sour grapes from his fans. And it's a shame, because he is a great driver with his reputation still intact.
