Brawn completely missed the bus in my view.
Sure he and of course with him the Hutt as well are under scruteenity and constant questioning WHEN to expect the breakthrough with tyre usage and as those asking the questions are demandingh not excuses but action -and as they are decision makers themselves but do not really have a clue about the ins and outs of f1 .they come up with the "KNOWN" names in the business as theý become available.

Hey Ross what´s your opinion with Willis -wasn´t he involved with RedBull and knows Newey quite well ? I saw him the other day at our old windtunnel and he told me he actually help designed our state of the Art mega million new one ..wouldn´t he be the right man to lead our Aero research with that background ,considering we won´t get Newey himself?
And finally-Ross -costa must have snapped up all the useful tricks of the trade frrom #Rory back then ,no ? "Idon´t know ,i have no idea of aerodynamics..but sure his cars won championships and i worked along him he is a nice bloke..
In no time you suddenly find yourself meeting all the successful people of your past and maybe think this will change not only your bad feeling but the fortunes of the team as well...of course it will not as none of them has shown any sign of

Now how to get rid of them ? Give them their own project -a complete car - but sure this will not solve any of the issues they currently face.
They need DOERS who don´t hesitate to change things, approaches ,everything NOW -as anything is bound to be better than what they try now.

I would have hired Key with the premise to turn things around .Go through the company assemble your design crew and turn around W03 as quickly as possible and leave Bell and the kings with conceptualising the cars to follow ..create a competition scenario already for W04.
