Having said that - look at Hungary 2003 (or was it 2005?) The order into T1, were the people who qualified in this order: P1, P3, P5, P7

I tend to believe what Button says, that both sides will be poor in terms of grip. Any difference could even be evened out by having the inside line.

Alonso also seems very confident that he'll do well in the race; if we are to believe Gary Anderson's hypothesis - and that's a big if - you wonder that the new diffuser, whilst creating flow reattachment problems with DRS use, coud have overall (non DRS) performance benefits.

The best summary is, we don't know until it happens

5Place Grid drop for Massa ..( Gearbox)
Intelligent move from Ferrari to allow both their drivers to strat from the clean side ( Alonso 7th and Massa 11th)
Now Alonso can still manage to save his championship :)

Would be funny if RBR now changed Webber's gear box, to put Alonso back on the dirty side :P.

At the moment is just a rumour. If they do that, they are really scraping the bottom of the s**t barrel.

At a VIP dinner last night an American woman asked me"where are you from?" I said Australia, she said "wow your English is amazing"

Sorry for that I'll Translate ^^
November 18, 2012 - Last minute | Fernando Alonso earns another place on the grid before the start the U.S. Grand Prix.

The twists are not lacking for the penultimate round of the World Championship Formula 1 2012. The Ferrari of Felipe Massa will be replaced change, then the Brazilian would be relegated from the 6th to 11th position on the grid in Austin.

The advantage is all in favor of Fernando Alonso with Ferrari the other would gain a starting position 7 ° from the clean side.
Thanks Google Trad
