The Williams F1 Team have announced a strengthened aerodynamics line-up with appointments from both Lotus as well as Red Bull Racing. Both new members of the team will report to Jason Somerville, the current head of Aerodynamics.
This forum contains threads to discuss teams themselves. Anything not technical about the cars, including restructuring, performances etc belongs here.

Seems like quite a bit of loss. Gillan and Barnett were good. I don't know about McCullough.

This could explain why the launch has been delayed, people have left the team and presumably new people have joined the team (I hope so) so they need time to fix everything and finish building the car. Anyway, these changes in these months are not good news; stability is a key factor when you are designing a new car.
