Right, it must then be the Spanish GP 1971, Jackie Stewart won in a Tyrrell-Ford on Good Years?

Good Year introduced the slicks in the previous race at Kyalami, but Andretti won on conventional Firestones.

Year is correct, but race and driver is wrong

It was Stewart at the French GP 1971.
AFAIK Firestone was the first to provide slicks in the Spanish GP 1971 and Goddyear followed one race later but the Dutch GP was wet.

Either way, I hand it over to whoever comes up with a good one.
