I see they've given up on releasing the car in France again this year. I don't think the French give a ---.

No last year was in Valanciennes, France at the Yaris factory, the year before in a train station in Barcelona, the year before that it was the factory launch....

I'll be at the launch this week, I'll give you an update once I get online after the event.

I think the TF 107 will not have nay difference to its predecessor at all apart from addition of new wings.(or less wings?) But then again I can be wrong, but as you can see it, the TF 106 that completed the 2006 season barely had any changes compared to the TF 105B. So I expect the car will not have a big difference.

But I'm very curious about the engine, the engine was down on power this year, the engine block is light and has a potential advantage in performance but a risk in reliability. And the it ran revs which are far lower revs than the other teams. So I reckon they will not be very competitive in 2007.

I dont think any of us can predict what the new cars will look like.

The TF106B featured a lot of developments from the 105b..! It will be interesting to see how the quieter Vasselon moves the team forwards after the more extrovert Gascoyne.

As far as engine is concerned the 06 engine weighed the same as all the other 06 V8 engines (its the rules). Toyota had a big upgrade planned to boost revs to 20K, but after the 07 rules were announced, Marmorini stopped its development and moved to consolidate efforts on a lower (19k rpm for 07) limit.

It's not going to be the same. Actually, according to Vasselon, it is going to be a completely different car:
