Brawn to Honda / Gascoyne to Toyota: IMHO both entirely different situations. Gascoyne was always going to put a few noses out of joint; and with that happening in a place like Toyota, the outcome was pretty plain to see.
Brawn is an entirely different animal (no less competetive); I would expect he would be able to work the team and the heirachy to the benefit of all.
Going to Honda? Well, you can see why Honda would want it. For Brawn, with the right amount of control in his hands it could be just the sort of challenge that would get his interest back in F1. What I don't see is where's the magic button? (no pun intended
