V10 Firing Order

Post

Hi,
I have one tech question about V10 engines. I saw in other source, old naturaly aspirated V10 engines(3.5L/3.0L) are made than two 5 cylinder engines on one crankshaft => two firing at the same time? It is true? For ideal 72° V10 i think.

What the F1 V10 firing order?

@ Pachoba
of course not true (at least for a 4 stroke engine)
various firing orders are possible, but firing intervals (with a 72 deg V angle) have always been 72 deg

@emaren
Good source, thanks.

@Tommy Cookers
So ok, two cylinder can´t firing together. Always only one cylinder fire. 72° V10 4-stroke have 10 firing at 720° (always after 72°).
In other block degree than 72° make balance firing order/flywheel/balance crankshaft...
