My guess is that the McLarens will be faster then everybody else out there

Ferrari may have better chanses if it rains, othervise, they´ll end up behind the McLarens, BMW will be at the "standard" 5 & 6

On the contrary, Spa is all about fast corners and tha is Ferraris trump card. It'll be close but I expect Ferrari have the pace here.

Hey mate do you think rain is actually gonna help the Ferrari's????

I really doubt. If it rains, then the race would be dominanted by Fernando or there is a very less probablity of even Kimi dominanting. Even Massa was praying for a dry race. :D

tomislavp4, if you think that, why did FA pass FM like Senna did with Prost in Donington 93? (with astonishing wet speed).

Altough, Massa is an incredible fast driver, more that I could expect. In fact I thought that Schumacher and then Raikkonen were going to be far ahead of him... and nothing happened.

Returning to the Belgian GP... I hope that with the special circuit, with its special rainy clima will let s see another the color than silver or red on top of the podium !!!

Ferrari were testing 2 different front wings yesterday:
Image

The one on the left is a low downforce solution, which they used in tracks such as Monza, Canada and the US. The one on the right produces more downforce and it was used in tracks such as Turkey and Silverstone.
From what I've seen today, both FM and KR decided on the low downforce solution (It doesn't look like it but that picture is combined of 2, it's not a front wing with 2 different sides).

Gone are the days of the lollipop?

Ferrari also aren't using all the slits they tested in Spa in July, as well as the bigger sidepod sheilds:

Maybe they are part of the new aero package they are planning for Japan.

Ferrari uses a new rear wheel rim sheild (since Monza) . The team still develops the car . I think after Belgium GP (if a ferrari driver fails to win the race ) they will stop development after Mc Laren exclusion and put their effort in 2008 . BMW is far behind to be a realistic threat .
