How will ALO not walk from McLaren. Slower than 2015 Sauber.
Finishing races is important, but racing is more important.

If you assume similar improvement for SS->US like Ferrari and RBR had, Rosberg could probably do a low 1.21.
Last year, 3rd day of 3rd winter test, Nico clocked 1m22.792 on Softs.

Raikkonen out again and just 0.060 slower then his best.. Autosport fail to mention that it might be his 9th run on that medium tyre as he lost 1 sec on his next run and another 0.8 after that.. maybe he did some setup changes but was able to match his best on shot tyres is good.

I'm sure the £25m per year sugars the pill. I do think it is an utter waste of talent though. I'd never have predicted at the end of 2006 he'd 'only' have 2 WDCs to his name a decade on, and sadly I doubt he'll win any more.

@namao
This is most likely true, but amount of fuel in the cars should be taken into account as well. I'm pretty certain the gap is much closer than this. Plus, Nico set his time on softs, while Kimi was on mediums. Basically, all of our conjecture isn't really conclusive since we aren't 100% on fuel loads. We can only guess how much fuel is in the cars.

I highly recommend using Autosport's live timing.
Yeah I have been on there most of the time. But where do people get the laptimes from, as I see people posting drivers stints from time to time.

So, all the hard work that teams put to make the car faster over the last season, was taken away by one stupid request from Pirelli to raise pressure? What's next? Pirelli doesn't like the sandwich for breakfast, so raise pressure again.

I assume from other websites. There is that little menu on the right that tells a driver's fastest lap and what tire they're on.

F1Today.net and AMus.. I have mentioned it in my post too when I posted Bottas stint on mediums.
