Sebastian Vettel topped the times on the second day of testing at Circuit de Catalunya, Barcelona. His time set just on Pirelli's new ultra-softs before noon remained best as teams focused on longer runs in the afternoon.
14:57 Fernando Alonso has just left the McLaren hospitality unit. I'm told there was a control electronics issue and the telemetry just disappeared when he stopped out on track at the end of the morning session. It looks to be rectified and he should be back out soon.

Absolutely. Or we could perhaps consider how many laps that Mercedes did before it stopped. Or for that matter, the rate of reliability issues in combination with on track performance in testing and their last season.
