J-Dampers Banned?

J-Dampers Banned?

Since the J-damper stores energy in a flywheel does that mean that the clarification against any 'stored energy' being used to effect the suspension of the car effectively outlaw this piece of kit which from my understanding is widely used in F1?

Be careful what you ask for. Springs also store energy.....
