Ocon has a multi-year contract with Force-India/Mercedes.

Ooo well I didn't know that, if Roman is free he could be a good choice I don't think alonso would suit them yet as they are not a top team. Would be better to have two good drivers to help build the team

- Unless Force India gets tired of his mediocrity and ask Wolff for further telemetry proofs aka tell him good bye.

- Name those races that convinced you about his talent? He has not proven to be fit for mid-field never mind anything higher. Starting with one lap speed. That's the problem with F1 it's a kindergarten for marketing projects of corporations.

- BTW why would anyone go to Renault now? Their driver management has been the worst in F1 for years.
* Last time I remember Stoll was trying convince the gullible how Palmer "made progress" justifying keeping worse driver #-o .
* Their third option (after Perez) was Hulkenberg that wasted every chance for a great race at FI, the 7-9 times Perez took them along with some podiums. How would we know he's not wasting chances at R.?

- Their prime rumoured candidate was Sainz with whatever Spanish sponsors (movistar?). Nice race btw in Bahrain. That's their starting point and one small reason for Alonso rumours too.

Ocon Is pretty good from what I have seen in these last three races. He is quick and mad mo mistakes. How many rookies can boast of that?

And don't underestimate Renault. They have Bob bell... they will come good, just a matter of time.

I get the idea you're pretty new to this F1 racing thing?

Alonso isn't going anywhere
unless Honda invest in Williams
No reason to leave McLaren just to go to Willians, a team which can´t build a truly competitive chasis.

Sainz to Renault, hopefully. RB is hurting his career just because he is the B plan if Ricciardo leaves the team.

If Kimi is out of Ferrari in 2018 we could see some interesting movements.

Alonso is almost a dead meat in F1 no big team will give him a seat
Vettel is much younger same as Hamilton , Mclaren can't pay him 40m per year but Honda can and does
Honda need a big name marketing wise Alonso at his age will follow the money no matter what
if there is a divorce he will follow Honda not Mclaren with a little hope of title and huge amount of money than to stay in Mclaren to be a Mercedes satellite driver
para bellum.
