Introduce yourself here

Post

Hey guys I guess we do need an introduction thread here. This can help us all in better networking.
So I would request everyone to introduce themselves.By briefing on some important points as follows:
-Name (ofcourse :) )
-Location where you are based
-Profession
And anything extra that you would like to add.
Racing cars are neither beautiful nor ugly, they are beautiful only when you win races.

Well, this old fart (57 years old) comes from Canada, specifically Toronto, Ontario. I'm currently employed by the local phone company as a Central Office Technician, sort of an IT thing. I'm more an electrician/mechanic, and I've done many different types of work, from mining to being a sailor.
My current hobbies are computers and racing. And yes, my name really is David Killens.
Racing should be decided on the track, not the court room.

"West," 26 years old, San Diego, CA. Graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (2005). Wanted to build race cars, but didn't work too hard in college... now I just do data management for Boeing and their 787.

Nice truck DSR; our senior project was building a Mini Baja car to compete in the Mini Baja 100 (miles) in Tuscon. I was behind both our major accidents, one in testing and one that put us out of the race.
