Not sure there is any difference in that section of the diffuser in the pic above. If you look closely, the diffuser does not appear to follow the outline you have drawn for 2007. Check the left side diffuser for a better comparison...
The lines i drew were not so accurate for F2007 , because of the angle the picture was taken . Anyway the central channel and the side sections were very similar between F2008-F2007
Pay attention to the supporting element also (blue-green lines)
