Yes the Vortex Generators seem to be gone.

Mclaren aerodynamicist says S-duct in its full assembly is on since race 1.

That's not what the tweet said at all, it just said they had one (which we know, they had it in testing), it didn't say it was fitted (and it's pretty obvious it isn't)

Inlets are either driver cooling, or for diverting air elsewhere. It's clearly not an s-duct though.

They're enormous to be for driver cooling, and are in the exact place where the S-duct inlets used to be, so I don't agree that it's clearly not for an S-duct. Just because there's no S-Duct outlet, doesn't mean the inlet can't be there, perhaps waiting for the new nose.

We've seen those in detail. I think for the moment they just serve driver cooling while waiting for the update. This is from Bahrein:

I'm aware that's where they were last year for the s-duct, but there is no s-duct on the car atm was my point. The air would have to be channelled elsewhere in the meantime or else it's just creating drag. Otherwise they would have closed it off, or even taped over it.

AFAIK these are S-duct inlets. The word on the paddock is that fully functional s-duct will be implemented on the new nose. So the outlets will be visible on the new nose. (According to Ted Kravitz at least).
And yes, at it current state it obviously adds drag. Even if they do exit those for driver cooling atm it will still add drag as the wholes are generally enormous for used just for driver cooling.

No. Were connected to vortex generators on top of Sidepod openings as you can see in this picture.

Any pictures or video clips of the damage on the car or generally from the race?
