That aero guy is risking his job.
Spanish jurnalist on track took it.

I keep telling you folks, Spain will be a nice modest step forward, enough to make them fastest of the rest in race trim, but I don't think they'll ever have one lap pace this season. By Silverstone, or France if we're lucky, will we see the McLaren really get into it's stride.
In Barsa Alonso may qualify "best of the rest" purely on his skills.
The place where SV qualifies will be the real indicator ...

Don't be too surprised if Stoffel out qualifies Fernando. It's a long shot, but not impossible.
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.

And maybe it snows.

Seroius teams don't have members of Aero departement sharing pics of new parts on social network.
You won't believe how much --- flies in industries that are supposed to be "secretive" if you know the right people.
For example, I had 12 pages of the script of the latest Ridley Scott movie 10 months before the movie released.
It's just about being trustworthy and knowing the right people.

I understand that. But there is always a risk that someone will release it and get you in trouble.

I think we're about to see if McLaren's qualifying pace last year from Fernando was genuine or one of those magical Alonso moments.

Apart from Baku, McLaren have found an average of 2 seconds improvement in qualifying pace over last year's car (1.5%). Provided the new parts work as intended, I think the fastest McLaren should be able to do a 1:19.5 at least. If it's anything less, then last year's qualifying was a complete outlier from Alonso.

First, I don't think Eric or Zac said the developments were a b-spec, that was from the media. Second, we haven't seen the car yet!

Do you have its latest lap times?
