Bottas is the best team mate Hamilton could wish to have. Best rear gunner I’ve seen. He’s perfect at slowing down the followers, probably the best on the grid. It’s like he trains with the aim to improve his amazing defending skills.
It's about time Hamilton enjoyed some of what Vettel has written into his contract.
I didn’t know you knew what’s written down in the contracts of Vettel, Kimi and Mercedes drivers. :)
Same way everyone can somehow know what drivers intend to do, what they're thinking and how much car control they have ;)

It was really a shame Ferrari mechanics made mistake. If Vettel had come out in front of Bottas, we would have an epic battle between Hamilton and Vettel for the win.

Really? So what’s your opinion on what’s written in Kimi’s and Bottas’ contracts?

The trouble is we dont know how much pace Lewis or Seb had. So it may not have been the case. Even if Vettel caught Lewis , Seb wouldn't have passed. Seb only passed Bottas because his tyres were so worn. Lewis had 10 less laps on his tyres. So Lewis would never have had the tyre problems that bot had.

I hate team orders/manipulation.
Ferrari should have let a clearly quicker Raikkonen have a pop at Bottas too.
:? Those two statements are completely contrary.

Another good race for Merc and HAM, points taken and lead increased where, truth be told, very few were expecting it. Track position is king here, I'm suprised there were so many varied predictions before the race. If you get away in the lead, have a clean stop, you're always in the box seat. Irrespective of Merc's form on hot hot tracks the delta to pass was just too much so they could run the car slower and still maintain the lead. Once HAM got out in the lead the win was in the bag, regardless of VET on US.

Looking forward to two stellar tracks next! :D

Bottas was Hamilton's best wingman.

Nowhere did I mention I did. My point was that TAG knows the impossible contract details in the same way we see comments here about impossible things like driver intentions.

The sooner merc use bottas like ferrari do with kimi the better. Will be a fair fight at the front.

I’m pointing out the double standards on here.

My view is the first sentence. Some on here however are happy to jump on 1 team but ignore it when their team do it.

They do it for al long time. That is also is the reason they keep him. A loyal lap dog to HAM.
Finishing races is important, but racing is more important.
