Hey, in fairness to LM10, he/she fights Ferrari's corner all season long. =D>

It's he/she/it or unknown now... :D   :D

He had a sick car in Brazil...
Aha
I thought it was "Because he's given up (on this year at least)".
If he'd had a healthy car he wouldn't have let Kimi through - because he doesn't care about his team mate. That was the other point I made.

another race thread another (early) mess.
Anyway, I hope RAI wins his last (Ferrari) GP.
Finishing races is important, but racing is more important.

Bottas needs to dominate this race to set himself up as a real contender for next year, I predict Hamilton will get a new engine etc, and told to go have some fun thrashing through the field. Mercedes would gain valuable information as to how much extra endurance the engines may have and will be able to analyse the engine over the winter to further help their upgrades next year.

I hope Kimi and Dan go out in a blaze of glory and Alonso to finish and get the fastest lap too in his final race.

Me too. That would be a nice finale.

Speaking of Alonso, If I were him, I'd ask the team to cheat. Use extra battery power, use a higher fuel flow rate , use an illegal diffuser ect. Just use it in the race, go out in a blaze of glory and fight at the front (obviously get DSQ'd after the race but at least he would have some fun) whats the point in fighting Sirotkin and Stroll for P16 ???

It's probably the last one (dog Mclaren) for a while. With Fernando leaving, they are guaranteed to produce a decent car next season.

And Sainz/Norris would be responsible for having developed that decent car?

Nah, the opposite is true surely, take a engine with lots of mileage on it and cane that one, you then get to see just how much hammer it can take.

With a new engine he's looking at 5th or 6th at best ?

Can you give 1 example in which vettel didn't let raikkonen trough when he was asked to do so?

Yes he didn't let ricciardo trough in chine 2014 (though luck and all that) because they were pretty much on the same strategy with a bit of tire offset and that's racing in the first part of the season. Gasly for example refused to let hartley trough for a fricken 12th place in brazil just the other week.

New engine qualification mode all race max fuel and then piss the FIA off by only using one type of tyre the fastest one.

Yes ! that, why not! at least he would have some fun on his way out, Iv'e never been an Alonso fan, but he deserves a good send off, and fighting Hartley and Stroll is not anything to write home about.
