I thought F1 cars didn't use cooling fans...

All that has to do with the power train, gearbox, clutch, fuels and lubricants, etc. Generally the mechanical side of Formula One.

Clearly shows a cooling fan on the R27.

Maybe that is why it was so slow??? :lol:
