Result stays the same.

I still wonder what Ferrari's overwhelming data was. As it was clearly insignificant.

I can't believe they tried to use that as evidence!

so basically they took the analysis of a third rate driver as evidence..... spells pure desperation. Why not take Button or Webber's analysis instead?

I hope Ferrari will decide to appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport since, for example, these judges have told that point VII was available before the end of the competition and I wonder how it is possible to say that the witnesses of Vettel was available if he was still racing.
Moreover when Vettel went back on track (all four wheel inside the white lines) Hamilton was completely behind him and there was plenty space to the left. So in case it is a case of a pilot who is leading who somewhat blocks another one who is behind him which is not forbidden by the rules if no waiving is made.

As written in the decision, the end of the event is at the end of scrutineering. What a waste of time...

The "witness testimony" was probably 1:1 what he said during the race in team radio.

But it's truly staggering that the only new and 'overwhelming' evidence they had was the rubbish analysis by Karun ... what a farce and a waste of time

I wonder if the 6 minutes used by SF to compile this appeal could have been used for better things, maybe cleaning one of the transporter truck windows, a little vacuum of the hospitality or let the chef go for an extra Marlboro break.

This looks like the work of a first year intern! Honestly, they went up against a 5 time Le Mans winner with Karun Chandhok!

go back to some moment before

see images 9 and 13 of https://sport.sky.it/formula1/fotogalle ... da.html#14
(moreover as a car is deemed to be outside the track if all wheels are not between the white lines I would say that you should go back to when the first of Vettel's car wheel has been back on the track and you will see that Hamilton was behind)
