No grand slam for 0.024s. Vettel with fresh softs. Lolz
That close, on fresh softs.
35 laps Hards vs 1 lap Softs.

Difference is much bigger than I thought

Wow this race was so intense. On the edge of my seat lap after lap!!! The battle of Hamilton - Bottas was the most thrilling experience in the last 5 years!

Can’t believe how close the cars are one from each other, the pack is so tight and competitive it has to be a record setting season. Great job by Pirelli and Liberty Media!
Someone coming to an F1 forum to complain about how boring F1 is. There's something I have never seen before.
Well, he has a point though.
The fight for 7th to 10th was somewhat entertaining the rest was really a sleepfest

Perez took the path FIA has designed to rejoin the track, but he still got penalized. Oh my! What a yoke!

I guess Norris got driver of the day. Tiniest tiniest portion of consolation there at least.

We've seen the one-lap difference in qualifying already. I don't think Mercedes got aircraft turbines installed overnight.

What the hell is going on with the tv cameras today. So many ultra close up shots.
Poor camera angles and even poorer directing.

What a joke the director was, hardly any action during the race and what little we did have on the last lap with Norris, Ricardo and Kimi he totally missed

Even the celebration of the win seems like a boring procedure.

Half of F1 races are as ecxiting as watching paint dry. I don't see why people still need to say that at every opportunity like it's latest news.

Aaaah....another Grand Slam gone because of Vettel on the last lap! Need to get a few more Grand Slams Lewis...! :?

Nice last lap btw!! A race's action packed on the last lap!! So sorry for Norris though...it could have been a great Mclaren result! :(

That Leclerc dive at the last corner though...so scary

Get in there Lewis. What a hard race he had. Major seat and tyre problems, but he still managed crossing the line first in that inferior Mercedes.

One more lap and we could have seen a possible fight between Leclerc and Bottas. What a shame.

If Sainz had shown more pace mid race Norris would have held on 7th

On the last lap of the race:
Vettel did a 1.32.740 on 2 laps soft tyres and
Lewis just a 1.32.764 - that`s only 24 hundred - on 29 laps used hard (and maybe blistered) tyres!!!
And that`s said it all, regarding actual race pace between Merc and Ferrari, isn`t it?

What happened to Bottas on the last laps? Not only he was nowhere in the race but he also nearly got passed by Leclerc?

Couldn’t get his tires to work after the VSC

What does this have to do anything with race pace?
The Mercedes has a wonderful race pace, that's for sure. But the lap Vettel has done at the end doesn't show race pace, it just shows one-lap pace and for whatever reason it was slow.
