They are making a promo film for the Dutch GP.
Last Tuesday in Zandvoort and today in Pernis (Rotterdam) and Maasland.
The drivers aren't Max and Alex, because they are in Kitzbühel.
Any idea who could be driving them ?
All RB drivers are in Austria ..

Heard on Twitter it could be Patrick Friesacher and Juri Vips.

I'm afraid they will never tell that. I asumed it was Robert Doornbos, but he was the whole day in Amsterdam, shopping with his wife. It wasn't Giedo van der Garde either, he was elsewhere.
Rob Kamphues was last Tuesday also in Zandvoort, he deleted those posts quickly. Maybe he was one of the drivers, but there are enough drivers who can drive the RB7 on the Dutch roads. Today they are gona shoot more video's.

Indeed, he is! I hate that. He is a very nice, always helpful and highly educated person.
He is certainly one of my most three favorite coureurs of all times.

What about the RBR crash test? Last year they were, as usual, very late on January 24.
They would have done everything a few weeks earlier this year, wouldn't they?
They have also not yet confirmed the launch date (which has been known for a while) of 12 February .

Yes, unfortunately, RBR is very secretive in terms of crash tests,...
AFAIR last year there were also no official statement about the crash tests.

So right now, we can't say if they are in big trouble or everything is on plan.

This is a picture of Patrick Friesacher, yesterday in Scheveningen Beach, with Max his new helmet.
The lion is now gold coloured.

Alex and Max were at 8.00 a.m. this morning in Zandvoort, but it was raining cats and dogs.
Also a lot of orange army (for the promo) arrived in the rain.
10.45 a.m. The rain stopped. It can begin.

This afternoon they were at Zandvoort Parking South for a Pitstop challenge.

Confirmed: RB16 Launch date 12-02-2020 Silverstone.

Helmut Marko has confirmed that the RB16 will be shown for the first time on 12 February. The launch date of the Red Bull car was already unofficially announced via Motorsport-Magazin, the same medium has placed an interview with Marko in which he confirms the date.

'The engine has of course been on the test benches for a long time, but on February 12 we will see it work in practice. Then we have a roll-out on Silverstone on the agenda and the RB16 is launched, "said the Red Bull adviser about the launch date.

Some quotes (from another forum):

-Development ahead of schedule, rollout on the 12th february
-They plan with 3 engines for 2020
-He is very happy about Albon's race performance, qualifying needs improvement.
And he finds it curious that he did the worst on the tracks he knew the best.
He thinks he can be closer this year.
-Target is to become with Max the youngest WDC of all time
-He likes Max' straight forward attitude, and it also fits to the Red Bull brand, but for a championship fight
you need to tone it down a bit, and he knows it.
-Mexico was a bit unfortunate, because his press officer didnt knew that he was under investigation,
so he wasnt prepared for this question.
-When he is asked about whether Verstappen is the most expensive Red Bull driver of all time, he said
that the basic salary is relatively small but the bonusses are huge at Red Bull, and with that Max could indeed
become the most expensive one
-About the next concorde agreement: no team has signed yet, there are some more points that need clarification,
especially on the budget cap (how it's going to be policed, especially with Ferrari being a special case in the books)
-He thinks Mercedes with Hamilton are favourites, but they are well-prepared. To challenge they have to be
competitive (not necessarly quickest) everywhere.
-He is glad that they keep the 2019 tyres and thinks they are understanding the tyres better now
(cant guarantee it though). Also implies that Mercedes with their know-how and Hamilton with his experience
have an advantage on understanding tyres in general.

I like the 3 engine plan, which means Honda are pretty confident with not just reliability, but the power level they’ll start the year with. I see it as they don’t need to plan for numerous upgrades, as they’re no longer expect to be chasing their competitors. They would have factored in and projected/estimated the kind of gains Mercedes and Ferrari will possibly make over the winter and believe they can match that, and therefore will follow the normal upgrade route. I think, like Marko said, Mercedes biggest advantage is the tyres. Hopefully, Red Bull can catch them on that as well.
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.
