Hahah what a coincidence that they post this now. Looking forward to testing, particularly week 2. Keep an eye on the lines they take, you can easily add half a second to your lap just taking bad lines.
What do you mean?

A number of (Autosport) journalists started a new platform on January 1, The Race.
Here a short video about the opportunities of Mercedes and RBR.

I don't know for sure, but I think so.
- Edd Straw for sure, now Freelance Formula 1 journalist, podcaster, pundit - contributing to The Race,
F1.com and RACER, among others.
- Scott Mitchell wrote his last article on January 6 on Motorsport.
- Mark Hughes is still working for Motor Sport Magazine
- Glenn Freeman left Motorsport Network in November last year and Autosport in February last year.

Well I'm excited, unless Mercedes was hiding pace all along and they found a stratospheric amount of performance this will be a very close season at least between these two. Who knows what Ferrari does.

I guess he means sandbagging? Teams may deliberately take unusual lines to increase lap times as to not show their true pace or potential.
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.

I hope so! I want to see albon qualifying right behind max if he’s on the front row and not in 6th

The "funny" thing of this pre-season is that we already hear all the PU started except the Honda one, and both Red Bull teams are of the first ones to release their new cars.

That will be my work then. If some of you want me to look at something at particular, video of that turn or other, etc. Just say. I'm at your service for the 2nd week. I'm excited to see what happens, even more excited than last year... I can't speculate much, because I don't know anything about engineering. But I can see if they are following unusual lines at the track, different sounding PU (remember last year STR sounded a bit different than the RB,because they were using different specs) and that kind of stuff.

Well, we' re at least at February, when all starts =P~

Game on for 2020

TUE 04.02.20

As George Harrison once eloquently sang: ‘it’s been a long, cold, lonely winter’, and while we have all tolerated the deep, dark void that is the off-season over the past two months, last night in London there were signs that F1’s hibernation is over, as Christian, Max and Alex got together for an informal chat about the work of the winter, early expectations for the campaign to come and why, for once in F1, a lack of movement is a good thing.

Of course, at the top of the agenda for the first interview of the year was the inevitable question as to whether the Team can challenge for a title this year and Christian was quick to answer in the affirmative, pointing to stability throughout the Team and in F1 itself this season as a boost to the Team’s chances.
