Nothing apart from the sidepods seems different from W10. (To me)

One slam dunk easy change to notice is the further slimming of the nose.
I'd like to see a side-by-side comparison zibby, because I can't say that I notice a difference.

Are you sure its that much slimmer??
The pictures I've seen so far is only compared to the launch W10

If you're referring to this picture, you can clearly see that the W11 pose is a bit further, hence the size of the nose.

P.s. the W10's launch nose was slimmed down later as far as I remember.

Okay, I think I can perhaps notice a subtle difference in the noses of the W10 & W11, but it may also just be down to the lighting.

I lack knowledge of suspension. Why is it impressive?

Only the W10 launch spec ...

The current launch car seems to use the same nose AND wing for me as the latest W10 spec!

The lack of turning vanes/flow correctors on the side of the monocoque above the bargeboards and ahead of the sidepods ought to increase the slipperiness of the car.

One of the things that first drew my attention to it was the lack of the distinct pinch between the nose tip and the rest of the nose (which was present on the W10).

We’ll see as we accumulate better comparison photos in better lighting.

The pinch at the cape seems much more subtle on the W11, which signaled to me a further, albeit slight, consistent reduction of width.

Lets wait for better photos. Maybe they will bring the "real" W11 nose to pre season testing! For me the complete nose AND wing (including that winglet under the nose) looks exactly w10 latest spec

Very often the launch cars and first renders show a wing from last year

i think mercedes is holding back a lot, would be not surprised if we see kind of a new car at the tests.
