I thought he said they haven't shown their hand (speed) not that the car will be very different?

Perhaps in Melbourne we see Pink W11 .

Only an observation .. Not reading much into it ... he managed to catch 308kmph on the back straight relatively easily compared to the main straight .. i know the entry speeds are lot different.. but the main straight is probably twice as long so he didnt turn the taps fully on the main straight ... bottom line, he forgot that he need to be sandbagging on the back straight

What is he doing with his left hand on the exit of the final corner at the end of his hot lap. Looks to be a deliberate movement but doesn't look like a bias adjustment?

Could be playing with ERS deployment modes. Top teams don't want to give anything away while simultaneously trying to read into every detail of their competition, who are trying to give nothing away.

They definitely are. On one lap I saw verstappen do ~307 kmh on main straight, then later on in the same lap he was going 315 on the back straight.

That just shows we can't believe some of the best S3 we see!
