there should be a few ppl at Ferrari (maybe all of the Ferrari) apologizing to a certain person in the paddock
What?
Verstappen.
I know, that's why I'm laughing. Capharol obviously doesn't understand the matter. The thing is not Max being right or not, it's that he just can't openly tell such things. Regardless of him being 100% sure. That's pure lack of respect.
Therefore there is not a single reason for an apology.

16 of the current grid? incredible. wow. Yes there they all are. That makes it even more of a disgrace what FIA did to Renault with the superlicence points system. And why they did it! It was free...

I think it was around the sixteen-seventeen minute mark of today's first session of testing- Ted's talking to an engineer from Williams and pulls out his phone showing something that look remarkably like some CFD models featured here. Don't have a link because F1TV would take my TV and more if I did lol

Well, the last day was boring.. I think top three teams each has ~2sec in reserve :[ I cannot wait for the Australia.

Ferrari engine cheat is now confirmed. I always thought they had a comparable car to Mercedes last year. Evidently they did not. Another indication that this year will be very though for them. I think it will be Merc vs Redbull this year.

Dutch are direct. If someone's wrong, you should be able to tell it openly. No political bullshit, just be honest. And admit it if you --- up (admitting Verstappen can improve on that aspect). So yes, Ferrari ought to apologize to Max. And ought to be open about the deal, because if something is 'dealt behind closed doors', I'll assume the worst - they were outright illegal last year.

Whaaat?

The FIA announces that, after thorough technical investigations, it has concluded its analysis of the operation of the Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 Power Unit and reached a settlement with the team," said the statement.

"The specifics of the agreement will remain between the parties."

It added: "The FIA and Scuderia Ferrari have agreed to a number of technical commitments that will improve the monitoring of all Formula 1 Power Units for forthcoming championship seasons as well as assist the FIA in other regulatory duties in Formula 1 and in its research activities on carbon emissions and sustainable fuels."

The wording of the FIA statement is especially intriguing, as the governing body does not state that it found the power unit to have fully complied with the regulations.

Furthermore, the fact that there is some kind of private settlement, plus agreement to help monitoring of power units going forward, suggests that there may have been a trade off in terms of not taking the issue further.
