Beat me to it. If needs be it’s gunna be Gutiérrez as Vandoorne is tied to Formula-E in Germany currently.

Yup, Esteban would be his replacement if his test result is positive.
EDIT:
Albert Fabrega says the first FE race is on Wednesday so Vandoorne will also be available to Racing Point in case Perez cannot participate.

It's possible a single inconclusive or positive C19 test could completely shape the outcome of the season. If one of Hamilton or Bottas misses a couple of races due to one, then the chances are the other one will be champion.

Bottas might want to think about where he goes with his girlfriend between races if he doesn't want to blow what could be his best opportunity.

i was curious what an "inconclusive" result was and found this

"What does an “inconclusive” result mean?
The [test] targets two distinct gene regions [...] . When one of the two targets, but not both, is present above the threshold for positivity, the test is reported as “inconclusive”. This is usually seen with low amounts of viral DNA.
In practice, “inconclusive” results should be treated as presumptive positive COVID cases."

On camera those info lights are an unreadable mess, eh?

Prior to this news, I was always wondering how COVID-19 might shape the outcome of this years F1 WDC. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if more F1 drivers are affected at some point this year. This could be a real game changer...
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

I think they just have to make a conscious choice of how they want to live their lives while racing (and of course have a bit of luck along the way)
In terms of the drivers, it's going to be more difficult for the ones with kids and families, and those who want to get out and about. We already saw Bottas and Leclerc hanging out in public and perhaps putting themselves at higher risk.

I can imagine the more bloody minded amongst them like Hamilton and Verstappen would rather lock themselves alone in a bunker between races and in a motorhome during, just to make sure they don't go near anyone unless it's completely necessary in pursuit of victory.

However it's one thing for the drivers to be able to do this given the life advantages they have but the reality is that most of the mechanics and other staff are regular guys and gals who have to live their lives with families and venturing into public in far more everyday circumstances between groups of races, so I wouldn't bet against various other staff connected to teams testing positive during the season. Then it just becomes all about how well F1's procedures cope with that, in terms of detecting and isolating in timely fashion. I'm assuming most teams are making efforts to lock their drivers away from everyone else as best they can.

Who will replace him?

Vandoorne hopefully.
Finishing races is important, but racing is more important.

More likely to be Gutiérrez due to Formula E.
