Yeh, I love these. It like when I used to ask my uncle about things I did not know. You know you will get told as much as you are allowed but not BS.

Thanks Merc, Other teams-how about it???
When arguing with a fool, be sure the other person is not doing the same thing.

I like that they usually admit when they messed up, and then explain how/why, so idiots like me can clearly understand it.
Would be great for all the other teams to do similar actually.

I never thought about Leclerc as a factor when they pitted Bottas at the end. Explains a lot why they pitted with Max there.

Nah. They just made that up as a handy excuse to try and cover up the conspiracy theory that everything they do as a team is geared towards getting Hamilton ahead of Bottas in every race at all costs....

In the real world though, it does show all the things they are constantly thinking about and how they have an impact.

Has something changed in regards to mid-season rules changes pertaining to consent of the teams?

When is the concord agreement lapsed? Ah, I have just had a thought. Do you think it could be related???? Nah, surely not

Big Tea, feel free to correct me if I’m putting words in your mouth.

The Concorde Agreement’s early signing period has lapsed, and Mercedes (who have yet to sign) have been fairly vocal about being unhappy with the existing agreement.

This could be a bargaining chip to get Merc to play ball, in exchange for keeping the maximum return on investment they made in improving their 2020 PU.

Think it could also be leverage to get Renault, RP, etc. to come to an agreement on the brake duct saga and what is allowed going forward, so things don’t have to go to court.
