This rear brake fin isn`t new but it seems redesigned ... are they allowed to divert some air into the wheel drum?

This inlet looks like it should be OK.
They are so far ahead of the competition that they're probably saving it for later or next year. Provided that last weekend was an outlier and not a fundamental issue theyre really isn't anything other than track specific parts to improve on. Then again the development path was supposed to end this year for the big change so they probably have already maxed out the development possibilities at the current stage. Also, remember that the current car has already been upgraded with the Spanish spec anyways when the season restarted in Austria
The sooner the other teams see it, the sooner they can ask to get it banned (or copied). Hide things until they are needed.
I concur, I would assume they would bring a 2021 floor at some point to get an idea probably at Abu Dhabi after the championships are wrapped up...

I wouldn't count the chicks just yet on the championship claim. I strongly believe that the Mode Ban would hit them hard. News floating about that Mercedes didn't use strat 2 in q3 (party mode) and only use strat 3 from q2 onwards.
