Has it been 7 years since the last race here? Surely not?
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

Looking cold, around 10°C, light showery rain Friday and Sunday possibly. The record for the coldest F1 GP is apparently 5°C at Montreal in 1978, that looks safe...

I was also surprised but yea ... they switched back and forth with Hockenheim from 2008 to 2014, with the 2013 race being the last on the NBR ... 16,18,19 were on the Hockenheimring ... no german GP in 15 and 17

Hoping for the kind of cold drizzle that doesn't feel like much but soaks you anyway.

Last F1 was here Sergio Perez was in the McLaren. It's been that long I guess.

Im pretty sure not much will change other then Racing Point getting within 30 seconds of Hamilton. But Hamilton will be a lot more careful and have a pretty safe race. Bottas will probably be consistent but slightly slower then Ham. The question is Max...

The question is ALWAYS Max

Where will Max finish ahead of Hamilton or behind him?

I think this circuit is one of the few that Hamilton hasn't won an F1 race at. So if he wins it'll be a new one for him and extend his record to 28.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

Ah, yes, I forgot that the 2011 German GP was here rather than Hockenheim.

Yeah and it was a top race too, Lewis pulling off a good move just after a round of pit stops in a good battle with Webber and Alonso I think it was.
