Nothing worthy of the hyperbolic theatrics.
Apparently you didn't hear what he actually said!
Ted Kravitz dedicated a portion of his Notebook to comment on how despicable those comments were.

And he took a shot at Red Bull for basically protecting that behavior.

I know there were lots of people very disappointed and hurt by Max’s comments, so kudos to Kravitz for speaking up.

I did, I just don't think it's a big deal.

Yes exactly. The nasty name/slur he aimed at Lance was pretty awful and his totally unrepentant nature afterward makes a mockery of ‘we race as one’. I’m surprised a lot more hasn’t been made of it actually.
I only heard the bleeped explatives, anything you can translate here?
I don’t really want to write the actual word on here but there are two meanings for it in the given context. One of which is a derogatory name for someone with Down’s syndrome and the other is implying his eyesight is bad using a racial epithet.
Oh that is bad.
Imagine if it was said by Lewis, we would have 40 pages of discussion now

On Friday the hard tyres already grained significantly after 15-20 laps, especially the left front. I can't see how anyone could nurse those tyres for 48 laps. The guys starting on Mediums will do a 1 stop I think, but the guys starting on the Softs most likely will commence to a two stopper

I thought Lewis handled the situation really well, put in a difficult position by a question he was not expecting and had no knowledge of the background facts regarding the questionable comments attributed to Vitaly (and subsequently Vitaly has said he was misquoted or poorly translated and has stated he meant no offence to anybody)Lewis stated he was surprised that The FIA had hired someone who, if the comments were true, held such strong beliefs that are not aligned to the current "we race as one" philosophy.

I personally was more upset by the language used by Max after his practice session crash with Lance

I was amazed that the FOM radio team broadcast it as they did. I can understand the phrase used probably isn’t on their banned list but you’d think in 2020 it would have raised a red flag with someone.

Can someone please confirm who from the top 10 starts on mediums today?

Missed qualifying yesterday.

Both Mercs and Leclerc are on the mediums, the rest of the top 10 are on the softs.

Thanks very much.

I wonder if that will give them (medium tyre cars) any problems off the start line?

Interesting that the mediums were dialling in to give the best Q3 laps though- I suspect the soft might not last too long.

Does it look like the race might miss the rain? Hourly forecasts suggests a shower around midday and then after 5pm.

The site also says less than 2mm of rain, will that be enough on this new paving to create an ice rink??

As a dutchman I cheer for Max, but the words he chose were disgusting. I hope he'll apologize...
