Re: 2021 Red Bull Racing F1 Team

Oops..! Seems I was wrong peeps. Please forgive me. A few days ago I clearly stated that RedBull Racing had upgraded their car in five different areas. Silly me, I neglected to include Mr. Newey’s new gearbox and improved rear suspension. So to recap that’ll be seven different areas. Although let’s not be bashful, let’s include the talented Mr Perez as well shall we! That’ll be Eight then.

Verstappen started matching Hamilton once he cleared Bottas in Imola.
Where do you see that? I can be wrong, but I don't see it.

43 1:18.151[2] 1:18.528[1] -0.377 +13.007 15
44 1:17.637[2] 1:17.706[1] -0.069 +12.938 16
45 1:17.860[2] 1:17.963[1] -0.103 +12.835 17
46 1:18.193[2] 1:18.007[1] +0.186 +13.021 29
47 1:17.707[2] 1:17.853[1] -0.146 +12.875 18
48 1:17.924[2] 1:17.279[1] +0.645 +13.520 30
49 1:17.952[2] 1:17.725[1] +0.227 +13.747 31
50 1:17.932[2] 1:17.744[1] +0.188 +13.935 32

Verstappen on the left Hamilton on the right.

4 vs 4

Verstappen gained half a second, then Hamilton answered back by getting back the half second, then Verstappen crashed out.

Hamilton had the benefit of running in clean air, while Verstappen took more out of his tires getting past Bottas, and running in his wake. Given the circumstances his pace was excellent.
Verstappen did not crash out. His rear tire exploded. Cause and result. And in fact, the result was he spun into the gravel. That is never a crash, just a spin.

He DNF'ed, however you want to spin it, the result is the same.

Then say he had a technical DNF, which is the truth. It is you doing the spinning, and Max, after his tire exploded.

No. Six mechanical and one software. Likely to be another one on software but I mustn’t mention that because everyone thinks I’m crazy as it is.

I don't mind crazy, but this raises further questions. Software as in CE management software?

No. Young Master Albon made reference to ‘interesting features’ some posts ago. A fellow of your calibre, I’m thinking could work that out for sure.

Interesting features regarding handling...how can software play into that. Simulator is obviously software, and Albon said they spent a lot of time on the simulator taking out the weaknesses of the chassis.

I don't think I can figure it out, I'm terrible at riddles.

Godlameroso: I know you to be a well educated and self-intelligent individual and as such you are underestimating yourself.
Riddle, rumour and gossip I don’t do but I will utilise Hint. You and I are linked by hint, so think what both drivers have made known concerning corners, cornering balance (not aero) and throttle use on a level playing surface. Gradients through positive, neutral and negative, in themselves could be considered hints towards what you have already.

Do you have some kind of a direct or indirect connection to the team and thus insider info? Genuine question.

LM10:
I have no kind of direct or indirect connection to either RedBull Racing or Honda, other than being the provider of the level playing field we are all about to witness.
You can also consider me the inventor of it, no matter what lies Brackely, Brixworth or Stuttgart have, or may choose to offer.

Software for power delivery and recovery. Fuel mapping as well.
Mechanically there is a new ICE, turbocharger, MGU-H, MGU-K, harnesses, exhaust, wastegates, diffuser, floor, cape, barge boards, brake ducts, rear suspension, gearbox casing. Possibly a new fuel and fluids as well.

Thanks, I take that as a compliment. But seriously, your comment isn't necessary.
