I'm looking for the drawings or plans of the Cosworth TJ V10

All that has to do with the power train, gearbox, clutch, fuels and lubricants, etc. Generally the mechanical side of Formula One.

There is a front and side cad image in the f2000 book, as well as photos of the camshaft geartrain (you can count the gearteeth by eye).
Once the tracing is scaled to the official figures the other features become known such as deck height, bore spacing and gear spacing to establish the diametral pitch (now use the geartooth count).

The deck surface shown was a cleaned up construction 106.5 bore pitch i recall.
All the radius were established by stretching the side view of the deck to account for its 45 degree angle.

So you see, its detective work, time consuming and obsessive, add to this the hundreds of googled images you will refer to for filling in the blanks, so its time for you to google tj v10 and obsessively study it.

Hello Echeday,
This Danish website has a large amount of TJ v10 parts for sale.

https://turbodkshop.dk/shop/1274-f1-del ... ---tj-v10/

Are you goals to build a running scale model?
A plastic printed model?
Life size reproduction?
If its a scale model, i might suggest you build an 'inspired by the TJ' rather than a mini clone.
Availability of parts will drive your design, glow plug thread, brush cutter piston, with these 2 diameters you can choose valve size and position, maybe 1/4 or 1/5 scale?
So much of the original design would be lost, i suggest imagine your own with an eye to original.

I don't just want the drawings in d2 to model in solidwork, and then give them to a publisher to make a book with the drawings and have them for life to collect

You should know I am doing that very soon and will be publishing it, so perhaps that would save you a lot of time

Please help size the overall engine length, width and height
Or cylinder diameter
Or the nozzle spacing size
Can measure the actual size of the overall engine

Mate, without any reference material please choose another motor.
All of cosworths kers era V8's were built to a strict set of dimensions set out by the fia.
They had a 98mm bore, 106.5 spacing, the bottom of the motor to centreline is set to 65mm? The timing gears will most likely have a diametral pitch of 8mm or 7.62mm (0.300") which was a pretty standard thing for f1 motors. The TJ and the CA had near identical conrods, there are technical papers in pdf format with technical analysis of many aspects of the CA motor family.
You still can buy parts at memorabilia stores online.
Brians insights of the TJ probably exhausted the last stock of available parts online.

LK and TJ are closely related except they are 72 and 90 degrees.
CK is different generation, earlier, Alonso raced his 1st F1 race with a CK in a Minardi with Tarso Marquez? It is 72 degree.
